Meet Tracey Benison, the visionary behind better boss too. With a strong leadership foundation, spanning sales, operations, and organizational performance, Tracey has advanced through esteemed positions at national insurance firms and a prominent national broker. Her career path highlights her adeptness in steering strategic initiatives and achieving notable milestones in the industry.
Tracey’s leadership journey started with a pivotal role as Vice President of Sales at Nationwide Insurance. She then served as President of a regional insurance agency and later as Regional Growth Leader at Acrisure, where she honed her expertise in coaching and training a diverse spectrum of leaders, from executives to sales teams and operational managers. Her strategic guidance was instrumental in driving revenue growth while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tracey finds fulfillment in her personal life with a family of six and two adorable Maltese pups.
Tracey discovered a passion for running completing an impressive tally of five marathons and 17 half marathons. The electric atmosphere and sense of camaraderie experienced in events like the Boston and New York City marathons resonate deeply with Tracey, drawing striking parallels to the dynamics of leadership.

Participating in 45 minutes, virtual, bi-monthly meeting is encouraged.
Meeting times can be scheduled from 6:30 am through 6:30 pm.
